libtrainsim windows installation script

The last post was a small guide on how to get the libtrainsim reference implementation working on windows.

I plan on creating a video tutorial explaining basically the same but with video so that you can see what is supposed to happen.

Attached to this is the first iteration of the script for that video. I already recorded all of the footage so I think I will be able to upload a first version of the tutorial next week.

It would be nice to get some feedback for improvement on this version of the script so that I do not have to record the audio too many times.
