public launch of libtrainsim

For the past few month I worked on a project for my university.

As of now that project is finally publicly available on the following site: https://git.thm.de/bahn-simulator

It is a train simulator consisting of a library to create your own (libtrainsim), a reference implementation (simulator) and some other repositories to help get started with the project.

Sadly the windows build does not work at the moment but it works fine on ubuntu and fedora.

Feel free to try it out and contribute to improve it.
